The Annual Business and Professional Networking Event, hosted by the Black Business Capital Financing Corporation (BBCFC) in conjunction with the Black Business Investment Fund (BBIF), provides an unparalleled opportunity for businesses and professionals to meet and exchange valuable information in a relaxed atmosphere. Crawford Designs served as the official Event Consultancy Firm, which reported frequently to a ten person committee, handling event logistics, marketing initiatives and graphic design for this premier event. This event grew 40% under the direction of Crawford Designs. With over 500 executives, decision makers and professionals attending annually, the Networking Event is Central Florida's foremost multi-cultural business networking experience.

The Onyx Awards Event
Over 800 attendees annually. (Client for 5 consecutive years)
Onyx Magazine, on behalf of LBS Foundation Incorporated, a 501(c)(3) non‐profit organization, holds the Onyx Awards, annually. The event has become Florida's signature African American awards celebration of "Black Trailblazers" and corporations that promote inclusion and diversity in the workplace. This signature event serves as a funding engine to support health and education initiatives of the foundation, which currently focuses on sickle cell disease, early literacy and scholarship opportunities. From 2005-2009, Crawford Designs provide marketing, event logistics and graphic design and such efforts have helped this phenomenal awards show grow to over 800 attendees and over 30 sponsors in 2009. In 2010, Crawford Designs provided graphic design and website development services.

The Bethune‐Cookman University
Presidential Inauguration and Centennial Celebration
Over 3,000 attendees. (One time event)
The Bethune‐Cookman University Presidential Inauguration and Centennial Celebration celebrated the installation of the university's fifth president, Dr. Trudie Kibbe Reed, and unveiled a campus sculpture of its founder, Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune. Dr. Reed celebrated her inauguration by promoting her vision for an International Institute for Civic Participation and Social Responsibility. Dr. Reed took the initiative to connect the College and its students to the community around them, both locally and globally. Crawford Designs provide a hands-on approach to marketing, event logistics and graphic design to a committee of over 20 professionals to make this event a success.

Bethune‐Cookman University
National Alumni Association Alumni Conference
Approximately 200 attendees annually. (Client for 4 consecutive years 2006-2010)
The National Alumni Association of Bethune‐Cookman University supports the university in the attainment of its mission primarily through personal financial commitment, fund raising activities and recruitment of students by local alumni chapters. The Association's national initiatives include a Life Membership Campaign, Ms. Alumni Contest, an increase in alumni contributions, enhancement of chapter development and other fundraising activities. Crawford Designs manages the annual convention's marketing, logistics and graphic design needs to a committee of over 10 professionals spread across the state. These efforts have spawned a 40 percent increase in alumni participation.

The Tuskegee Airmen, Inc. Annual Legacy Luncheon
Approximately 300 attendees annually. (Client for 4 consecutive years)
The Tuskegee Airmen, the American Icons, accepted the challenge of conquering notorious foreign enemies. In doing so, they initiated a significant impact upon the policies of race in this country. The Tuskegee Airmen are civic participants and contributors in their respective communities. In Central Florida, the General Daniel "Chappie" James, Jr. Chapter's mission is to provide funds to Florida students to further their education and enhance their future aspirations. In 2009‐2010, scholarships were awarded to deserving youth in Florida as a result. Crawford Designs provides event planning and logistics, marketing and graphic design support.
